The Washington Advisory Group is Now an LECG Company
On October 8, 2004, The Washington Advisory Group was acquired by California-based LECG Corporation. ”The Washington Advisory Group is pleased to join LECG as it enables us to offer LECG's intellectual property management and economics expertise to our clients," said Bruce R. Guile, managing director of the Washington Advisory Group. "For our clients, the transition to becoming part of LECG will be seamless. The same individuals will continue to provide high value-added advisory services but now from a broader base."


Translating Research into Treatment Therapies for Eye Disease: Symposium Report Released

Following a symposium held in October 2003 in southern California, The Washington Advisory Group has issued a formal report of the proceeding entitled “Emerging Therapies for Diseases of the Retina and Optic Nerve.” The report relates the Symposium discussions to the initiatives in the National Institutes of Health’s Roadmap for R & D. It also summarizes the twelve technical presentations by the Symposium participants.


The Washington Advisory Group Study for University of Texas Institutions Accepted by the Board of Regents
The Washington Advisory Group made recommendations on how eight UT System universities can improve and expand their research capacity.  On May 13, 2004, UT Board Chairman Charles Miller called the study “one of the most important reports we’ve ever gotten.” View the press release.
